Welcome to In-Home Total Tech. By using my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
I provide in-home technology support services, including but not limited to:
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- Device setup and training
- Home network and Wi-Fi configuration
- Software installation and updates
- Virus and malware removal
- Data backup assistance
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time and date. If I need to reschedule, I will provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Service Area
I primarily serve Lewis Center, Ohio and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area, which will be communicated before scheduling.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
- I accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Rates will be clearly communicated before work begins
- Additional charges may apply for parts, software, or extended service time beyond the initial estimate
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee
- If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Liability and Warranties
I take great care when working with your devices and data. However:
- I am not responsible for data loss. I strongly recommend backing up important data before any service
- I am not liable for pre-existing hardware failures or software issues not caused by my service
- I provide a 30-day warranty on services performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, I will address it at no additional charge
- This warranty does not cover new issues, user error, or damage caused after service
Data and Privacy
I respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care:
- I may need to access your devices to diagnose and fix issues
- I will not access personal files, emails, or data unless necessary for the repair and with your permission
- I will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, please:
- Provide accurate information about the issue when scheduling
- Back up important data before service when possible
- Ensure someone 18 or older is present during the service visit
- Provide necessary passwords or access codes for devices being serviced
- Maintain a safe and accessible work environment
Service Guarantee
I stand behind my work. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please let me know within 48 hours and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is my priority.
Limitation of Liability
My total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, Ohio.
